Did some tinning work on the greens here yesterday.
what a great golf course.
in the past we have only done the greens and I always thought it looked quite easy.
but Monday we did the tees as well and what a difference it made To my perception.
There are some big hills and it’s a tough walk but some magnificent views.

It’s a tough looking course definitely worth a visit imo. Some magnificent holes.
tees and greens were excellent for time of year.
it will be very good in summer.
fairways sit on the side of a Hugh hill and a level lie is rare.
we are going to play it later in the year. So looking forward to playing it.

Didnt go in the clubhouse but it looked very nice.

Played it a few years back in a rabbits ko match, was quite a stiff wind blowing and I fell way behind over the first few holes as I struggled to factor it in. Nice course though. Have you ever played Dewsbury District? 1st 2 holes are a killer as you climb away from the clubhouse, but the views are stunning once you're up there.
