Hair today can be gone tomorrow.
Report that around 50% of both men and women in US have "hair systems", which sounds like a metaphor for baldness to me.

Politician Michael Fabricant denies wearing a wig.
At 73 I'd be surprised if it wasn't.

If you are bald it was likely to have happened naturally before you were 30.
How much does it affect you of the reality or the prospect?
Still got most of mine, but it did used to bother me that I might go bald.

At age 61 I still have most of mine and as my dad still has nearly all of his I think I’ll still be visiting the barbers for the rest of my life. I shall never have the look of Friar Tuck, however, after a full day in the tropical sun yesterday I discovered this morning that I have the tiniest of bald spots on my crown that has been scorched by the sun. ☀️

I believe that if your 2 grandfathers lost their hair then you probably have a 90% chance of going bald, and vice versa.
If one of them was bald and the other not you would probably lose some hair over your lifetime due to genetic inheritance.
There may have been an evolutionary advantage in being bald when hunting.
People with blonde or red hair are likely to go grey sooner.

Stewart Cink - great without hair.
Also won The Open without hat, without hair as Peter Alliss commented.
He'd be poorer if he needed a haircut.

I am in my 70s and my hairdresser reckons I still have a good head of hair (just a monks crown near the back) .

My dad still had a good head of hair when 70.

I’m 61 3/4, bald as a coot, started losing it at 17 (and my hair)

Rumour has it that it’s a solar panel for a sex machine………… but I couldn’t possibly comment 😬🤭

Have too little hair to worry about. It started disappearing in my late 20's. But what's to worry about - it is (was?) only hair. And, I don't have to spend much at the barbers

I use a skull shaver to keep the dome hair free. Perversely, I cut my hair more now that I am bald than I did when I had hair.

Would never consider a syrup or hair replacement now as I am too old, married, kids, fat etc... no point

You'd have thought, as a hologram, they could have programed you to be less folically challenged....?
You mean on Red Dwarf? I thought Rimmer had a good head of hair.

According to a female writer, women spend their whole lives obsessed with hair and make-up.

Judging by the number of barbers today, it appears that men are going that way.

My hair is extremely thick, and curly. Aged 37 now and still no signs of baldness or going grey - the latter is probably the only advantage to being ginger that I can think of. 😆

I've been growing it for a little while now, not really sure why, probably a mid-life crisis or something - the last time I did it was in my mid-20s. It's so thick it sort of grows outwards rather than down, unless I blow-dry it, maybe even straighten it slightly and then put a load of gel on it as well.

On the OP and that Fabricant guy - might as well change his name to 'Fabricate'. If you can't even tell the truth about the world's most obvious wig then how can anyone take him seriously as a politician? Absolute joke of a man.

Not lost it but it’s a bit sparse on top.
Number three all over for the past 25 yrs.
great in summer but a bit chilly in winter .
I own lots of hats now

A Baboons bum 🙂

Whilst the hair on my head is thinning and the bald spot will shortly meet up with the receding hairline...I can take comfort in the fact that I don't have any grey.

Unlike the hair on my chest.
