Gym Work

Re-endorse that form is critical, doesn't matter how much you lift as long as you lift correctly. I used to be a typical gym rat, bench arms and that was it really. Went back to basics for dl Nd squats to get my form right. Build up some hamstring strength whilst starting squats and get some lower back excerises in before deads, ie seated rows. Eat right and rest and the gains will come. With regard to non active gym users, we run a book each year on the jan starters % being around on the 1st feb, last year uptake was 38%!
