couldn't believe it when my new fairway wood arrived today from GM - service or what! It's also the most flash club I have ever possessed. (top of range R7 CGB etc etc, think it can also be adjusted with weights though that's a bit technical for me!)
Bad weather prevented action photos so hope these will do for now.

Took it for a bit of a bash on the range and after a couple of mis-hits was sticking it nicely down the middle. It's longer than my trusty Mizuno so when I get used to it hoping it might go a bit further. If not I'll pack it anyway. Big triangular head should scare the opposition!
No prizes for guessing my plans for tomorrow.
(No, not writing more stuff for GM - though come to think of it ... ;)

Like all angles apart from set up, the alignment aid is too small and looks very old school in that colour. (I really should get out more)

Well done AliB and good luck for tomorrow. Hope you beet whoever your playing.

Ali, seriously good article.

Don't know if you have heard but ladies affiliation fees to the EGA have gone up with the result that at my club ladies fees can now be higher than the mens.
