Good News - At Last

Well the escape committee have dug the tunnels and around 3pm today I made my bid for freedom.

Being discharged from hospital after a perfect recovery and a very good rehab process. Still work to do, but that will be done at home with lots of walking on the cards and outpatients sessions for both physio and OT. Early next month I hope to add swimming and recumbent bike to my exercise regime.

Already had a go at putting with the physio so things are looking good. Golf will take a while, but, I'll get there one way or another
