Haven't heard of anything but I would be surprised. Last year the company that owns Wrangaton and Bovey Tracey were in talks to take of Teign Valley GC, it fell through but if they were looking to buy another course I'd be surprised if they were shortly closing one of their others.
Not heard anything about Dawlish either, but would be a same, pretty much the only course in South Devon you guarantee dry conditions

Charnock Richard GC was sold a few years back to Wigan Latics to use as their training ground but that never materialised. It's now been bought by a local buisiness chap who gutted the clubhouse and has opened up a restaurant there and is going to reopen the course as a 9 hole layout later this year.
