Golfing Gods Take Revenge on Fragger. BIG TIME

I stand humiliated before you, a wreck of a man.

Following yesterdays amazing 1/2 round it wasnt going too bad till the 4th when it all went to pot

Too tense, no rhythm , too hard, everything that could go wrong did, and i finished with a measley 26 points

im sure Imurg will fill you in on the gory details

However I did get 2 birdies on the par 4 9th and on the par 3 15th, so i can take some modicom of comfort from that.

Sad and tragic are 2 words that could be used to describe it.
9 points in 2 holes in a total of 26 tells it's own story.
As Fragger says, no tempo, no anything except the GIR on 15 followed by the birdie putt that I matched. His game lies broken in one of the waste bins around the course. Driving particularly was away on vacation . At least 3 times he failed to get off the tee - box.....
Still there's always the Stableford next week.

I played fairly solidly for 34 but I did blob 2 holes going out. The putting was back on form and although I took 33 putts today I had 7 or 8 that could have dropped if luck had gone my way - so happy about that.
Drove acceptable today except for OB on 13 - still made nett par! - much better than Wednesday.

Fragger it was the curse of expectation. Yesterday you were carefree today you were remembering yesterday. You know you can do it and I have a feeling the single figure Fragger will return sooner rather than later

In truth it was a huge case of trying too hard.
On the occasions he relaxed and flowed he hit good shots.
Just didn't happen often enough.

It was inevitable Frag after positng how well it was going. At least you recognised the problem was trying way too hard as opposed to an inherent swing issue
