The Westwood house sale thread reminded me of a job i looked at a while ago for a plasterer.
I won't say where or for whom but the house was designed with a golf simulator room in the basement.
Thing I noticed was that the ceiling height was just under 3.00m above finished floor level which struck me as being a bit low! Particularly when you add-in the thickness of the mat etc.
Would love to know how this panned out and if the design team ended up with a problem on their hands.
Our local driving range ceiling must be around this height and they have no-end of broken lights. I would have thought the minimum height you'd want would be closer to 3.50m to allow a proper swing!
