Golf Ball Launcher??

Apparently easily does 400yds - most approach shots would be a bit tricky - too accurate and you'd take the flag out (plus anyone standing behind the green). This is almost funny - if it wasn't sympomatic of what's scary over the pond.

I went on a tank driving day and the guy had built an orange cannon , fired with easy start . Was awesome lol

We used to make them back in the day. IIRC cost of parts is around £15 from B&Q. i did once write up a "how to build" one... will have a look on my old drives at home.. we managed to fire an orange 370yrds (not using forum measuring devices) and invented "orange gun cricket" where you would get a few idiots at the end of a football pitch and fire oranges at them and see who could splat it! it was a great game that once broke a finger for me!! (yes, i broke my finger on an orange)

Oh and cheaper than easy start, we used to use tesco value hairspray!!

Excellent stuff

We built a compressed air tennis ball launcher years ago and that was great fun. Round about 400 yard range with decent tennis balls. Might build one for golf balls and see how far I can fire them!
