I made my first upward move after last weekend but I've made a serious mistake for the Accenture, picked all my players and saved the 5 changes, then looked at who'd won the most money for me so far and realised that I'd overlooked Luke! 
I'd just assumed he was already in my team when I was making my 5 changes. This could be one of the reasons I'm in the lower half of the table, but you never know, after his showing last weekend it might be an inspired oversight.
