As a card carrying Hibernian footsoldier, may I take this rare opportunity on behalf of Edinburgh football to express my delight at both last nights results and relay my hearty and warm congratulations to the west side of Edina and their supporters who correctly chose not to follow either side of the scum that pollute Glasgow.

It might be as rare as hens teeth,so I'd hate to see the moment pass without acknowledging it.

I too have many friends who support either side of bigot inc., relatives too, but it doesnt stop me from telling them their support, on the whole, are scum.I've been to Ibrox and Parkhead many times, I've walked through Govan and Bridgeton and Parkhead and witnessed how they behave, I've seen how they behave walking down Easter Road, much like I've seen Hertz,Aberdeen,Motherwell & The Arabs and I'm sure you have too.They are a breed apart, sub-human alot of the times.Admittedly, there is the occasional sweetcorn in the tolley, but on the whole I stand by my discription.

I might act like an idiot from time to time, the problems arise when you actually are an idiot.

Anyone can see that both Celtic & Rangers are polluted by pond life, either The Green Brigade lot with their lovely show of support for wounded and dead soldiers, the plastic paddys who sympathise with 'up the ra' or the UDF GSTQ loving ICF mob, both of whom I've witnessed first hand in Glasgow And Edinburgh.

Continue to be awfy delicate and afronted by my remarks, they are facts and can be uncomfortable for that occasional bit of sweetcorn in the big tolley that is the OF.

Isn'y it great,the 2 diddy Edinburgh teams manage a win each against the OF and it's like Christmas has come early for them.

It is just a shame they cannot enjoy their rare occurrence without lowering the tone with claims that all the OF fans are lower than low...............Pot & Kettle comes to mind,classy Adi.

It is also a shame that you pair couldn't manage it more often and make this dreadful league interesting.Add both teams points together and you still wouldn't have enough to make the top 2!!

That said, I would like to see Rangers and Celtic in the Premier League. It would add a bit of interest and I am certain that one of them would be relegated in their first season.

I'm under no illusions how rank we are and how lame our board are at keeping the talent we produce or re-investing the money we get for them, especially considering how rubbish (in relative terms) both Celtic and Rangers currently are.

As for pot and kettle, aye right, Hibs fans might not be angels and there are a few knobs at ER, but it's a drop in the ocean compared to the knuckle draggers at either Darkhead or Mordor, ask any fan outside The OF what it's like to go to watch football in Glasgow...Parkhead is worse than Ibrox btw.

I'm afraid I disagree about the relegation thing.Give them the same money to spend as Wigan/Blackburn get and they would comfortably survive, give them 4/5 seasons and at least one of them would finish top 4.
I think it's hard for people down south to appreciate how gigantic they both are, 2nd and 3rd behind Manchester United in size of support and Celtic especially with Dermot Desmond and the coolmore gang have more money than anyone outside eastlands.
