Isn’t it balance though, some people in some cases have come forward once they believe it is safe to do so, (ie Child abuse cases) or to stand up for the accussed with alibi’s etc.
I certainly believe in innocent till proven guilty, but sometimes there is a rather large grey area.
I have no problem with identities being made public after charges have been laid, and if that encourages other victims to come forward, then I’m all for that.
What I strongly object to is the identification of individuals and addresses etc, before charges have been made, this is the stuff of a kangaroo court, can only result in a world of pain if the people being questioned are innocent
