G400 adapter

I ordered a shaft with a Ping G400 adapter installed several weeks ago, as I was thinking I would return with the head in my luggage and use it in the U.K.
So arrived home today, took the bins out - I hadn’t done this for 9 weeks according to my wife. When the task was completed I found the shaft, inspected it. But I think the adapter isn’t on straight. Now here is the question is it supposed to be slightly at an angle or is it supposed to be straight?

If you have one of these drivers please can you have a look.

They are at a slight angle when viewed from different sides..

It's supposed to look on the piss as that's how it moves the head around on different settings. However, it's subtle and not massively off

Phew , I wanted to check it’s a really small angle, makes you do a double take.
