I couldn't see an issue so had no problem releasing the thread.

Possibly a forum glitch?

There are at least three threads on this.

It is a problem with the forum in that every now and again it will throw posts to be "approved". The mods have a check every now and again but as we dont get notified if its important then PM one of us.
