For Sale - Ping Rapture V2 5 wood

As the title says I've got a Ping Rapture 5 wood for sale.

It's got a stiff Javln shaft, a golf pride VDR grip in decent nick

The sole and face are in pretty good condition, some light scratching on the sole, and a couple of faint marks where the face meets the crown. I think these are scratches made by hitting a dirty ball high up on the face. Not visible unless up close (see pics). There is some light bag rub on the shaft.

I've not got the original headcover but will include a nike red & black cover again in decent nick

Great bat.

I have the 3 wood version and its the safest club in my bag and its survived many a cull in my bag. That speaks volumes.

I agree It's a cracking club but I've just picked up Rapture V2 Hybrid 17 degree, that basically does the same thing but I can hit it better off the deck, out of the rough etc

Bit of a thread hijac, but I have been considering a V2 driver in same spec as you StragelyBrown. How do you find it?

It has a lot of torque that shaft so I doubt it would have been too stiff. I'm sure you'd have been more than happy with it and able.

It's a nice bat SHW, I'm struggling a little at the moment but that is a me problem, not a bat problem. On Saturday morning I hit 4 or 5 long (for me) drives up the middle with a little cut, but I also hit 2 massive (and I do mean properly massive) slices. Like I say, it's a me problem, i'm not releasing the club properly.

Javln plays pretty whippy for a stiff IMO and i'm no Gorilla.
