Comes with Headcover, adjustment tool and info booklet on adjusting
Purchased new back in 2017 and I believe in very good condition for its age, it has minor scuffs and scratches which you can see examples of in the photos. Please note that the shaft length has been cut down by, I believe, 1 3/4". I have taken photos to show the length of shaft in driver head and out.
