Flat caps are back!

Have to say Harrington's flat cap looks very stylish and so much better than the abomination that is the modern golf baseball cap or even worse those Ricky Barnes style army caps. Have you seen Dustin Johnson and Ricky Fowler's hats -they just look ridiculous.

Hope it starts a trend for proper traditional golf headgear, they are golfers not baseball players after all.

I tried to educate golfcitydweller, and stevek1969 at Scotscraig on Saturday with my flat cap.

They really are behind the times those two.

Harrington's flat cap is very cool, I never thought he would be the one to bring the flat cap back!

Always wear my flat cap when it's a bit nippy. Nice Harris Tweed one.

Someone slated me the other day for wanting a flat cap! Someone on tour must have read my post!

My bunnet is never off when it's a wee bit nippy on the course- it's a Hoggs, the creme de la creme of old man hattage. Keeps my baldy napper nice and warm, without having to resort to a proper wooly hat- i hate them.
