FJ free style shoes

reading the latest GM mag and i get to the new gear section, the new FJ free style shoes ,apart from fugly the advertising blurb is more akin to TM bs.
how the hell a bloody tree frog gets in the blurb is beyond me,
"toe pads equipped with elongated cells on the edges,and channels in between that allow excess water to drain ."yeh right . one step in the mud ,all clogged up and bog standard shoe is now on your foot
where do they get these people from .
it gets better.
"the lack of an internal shank encourages freedom of movement"
"this allows your feet to move more freely" really,,,,,, i thought they were just on about fantastic gripping quality that sheds water like a red-eyed tree frog,and now they bang on about more movement being allowed
what are these fugly shoes supposed to do for christ sake,grip or not?
oh and the really best bit ,the price ,£135.
is it just me or have i got it toally wrong and red-eyed tree frogs really do enhance a pair of way overpriced golf shoes.
dam i feel better after that.

And breathe. Of course it's blurb and of course its off the wall to try and entice you to spend the cash. That said, I like reading a damn good rant on here and that's the best in 2016 and you've set the bar
 
It's called marketing and they attempt to make it catchy and to grab your attention to make your look further into the details of the shoe

The frog is a symbol of how well the shoes grip and are flexible - plus they have used one frog to model a colour scheme on them

The shoes are all about comfort whilst playing.
 
I never let marketing BS sway me into buying any product. If I like it and it's comfortable then I'll buy them.

I'm going to buy them just so I don't have to play with pokerjoke again at H4H.....

Lol it was a pleasure last time you gave me some great laughs especially the 2nd ive never seen someone so deep in the woods,I still have it on my phone
