...received my copy of the mag' today.

Well sort of, I was told on the 6th it was posted on the 5th. I chased it yesterday to bs told" no it wasn't sent, your mailer sticker was printed but your not due to receive your first subscription issue until the march edition" even though I have email confirmation that feb would be my first issue.

I appreciate the department is under pressure but it seriously needs to sort itself out.
