Delb was at it again yesterday mate. Turned up with his big shark fin strapped onto his bag and Jaws music pumping out of his pimped up GTI!

Driving like a single figured golfer putting like Ben Crenshaw and bunker shots were the only hint that he's not a complete shark. 22 handicap??? Never in a month of Sundays! I'm sure he's due a good tumbling year because he's far too good to be off 22, Del in all seriousness I am very confident you could comfortably hold a handicap between 12-15.

Keep plugging away in medals sir you are due a great score! Enjoyed your company again yesterday although you should have heard what Raymond & Ian said about you when you left !!!!!!!!!! ;)

Haha, played with Chico the other week at my place, the first few holes were hard on him considering he drove like Lewis Hamilton to get there but after that he started to hit the ball great if i mind right he hadn't played much before that.

Anyway i did comment to him that he was swinging the club much better than the twice i'd played with him before and to keep up the good work, i agree with you that he's got the game to be 12-15 handicap because he'll chip and putt you to death.

Anyway if your reading this big fella keep up the good work and as always a pleasure to golf with even tho your a Jambo :D

Hi guys.

Really appreciate your comments! I feel even better now about having offered up a £50 prize voucher for the Machrihanish trip, before I read this thread!!

I got a few lessons at the tail end of last year and was set a handicap target of 15 for this season, but having been so busy with work for much of the year, I wasn't able to play as much as I'd hoped and every Medal round has brought with it a 0.1 increase! :(

There's always next year though........... ;)
