Whent to see the mayor (female... ) who gave me my dutch nationality after I declared my oath (and promised to fulfill it... ha bloody ha!!! ), so I was wondering...

Am I a dutch Englishmen or an English dutchman...

If I am a English Dutchmen I might just fly ) or on anybody else...
