I was watching a Casio camera on ebay recently which seemed quite a bargain at £75. I watched as it approached the last minute, wondering whether I should have a punt and bid £80.
While I pondered it jumped to £190 in it's last minute. Saved me the trouble :)
What's the most you've seen something jump in price in the last few mins?

This happens more and more these days all the activity is in the last minute, suprising how much stuff jumps in the last 10 seconds. I had a cart bag for sale, with 2 minutes to go it was going for £8.00 with 10 seconds to go it jumped to £35.00 and with 6 seconds left it went for £41.00.

It's all these bloody sniper program's making eBay the unfair trading place that it was originally against.

I don't see the problem with snipe program's, you put in your maximum price you want to spens, and if you are the highest bidder, you win! If it goes for more, you didn't want to pay more anyway, so nothing lost!

Ive seen second hand drivers go for more than the new one costs with a legit internet firm.

I have used Esnipe - it just saves me the hassel of having to be available to bid at the end.
