Starting to find more and more Dunlop balls. Are they making a come back?.Most are crap and rock hard, but the one today was a dp1-v3 and was nice and soft. Worth using?

Massive improvement. I am using the NZ9 V3 at the moment and it is little different to a standard AD333 Except they cost £7.99 a dozen. Used the DP1 V3 in the summer and was more than happy with them for my level of golf.

Been playing in the winter with an NZ9-V2 ... actually not a bad ball to my mind. How it would cope with baked hard summer greens is open to question, but they've performed fine to date on the softer wetter surfaces of the past few months.

I won some dunlop dp1 v3s on ebay the other night. Fancy trying a 3 piece ball this season. Probably go for the nxt tour s right enough however i heard good things about these.
It's feels nice, if you took the name off it you would never guess it was a Dunlop.

Don't mind the tyres, and I've a couple of crap trousers for work but after that I tend to give them a miss.

always had a chuckle seeing Lee Westwood in his Shiny £4.99 Dunlop tee shirt and his mates are dolled up in Hugo boss, Oscar Jacobson, Galvin Green etc.
He must be paid millions to wear it.

Having spent the last minute ripping into the label, I must say it's nice that a company makes affordable golf gear.

Antigua make Dunlop's branded shirts now, and they are pretty good quality for their rock-bottom price.

Agree I always found that odd about Westwood.Like you say all the others in top gear.

Well it's not the clothes that are swinging the clubs thankfully, I'd dress in a tutu if it meant I had a career and the bank balance of Westwood.

As pointed out it is Antigua shirts he wears with Dunlop branding. He certainly isn't wearing Dunlop made clothing. The Antigua shirts are every bit as good as the main brands out there. The ones released last year with white detailing around the seams are really good.

the clothes he is wearing are not made by DUNLOP it only has their name on them,as for money he and a couple of others in the CHUBBY CHANDLERS camp had a £1m payout if they won a major,DARREN got the pot, dont know what it is this year

I thought the deal was £1mill per major any of them won whilst endorsing Dunlop?
