what are you guys paying for your driving range??
the best i have found near me is either €9 for two hours unlimited balls but that is only sat morning with the club im in as they have a deal with the range or €9 for 145 balls when you have a loyalty card which you have to purchase a minimum of €30 on which isnt bad if you go a couple times a week like me.

the price of the range far exceeds my club fees if i go an average of twice a week for approx 40 weeks of the year

The local range to me used to do a range membership for £200. For your money you could have unlimited balls on any day of the week. Not great quality balls or matts but good enough. The price for 100 balls was £5.75. Now they have been brought out and become part of a group so prices have changed to help pay for the work they are carrying out. They are replacing the matts and 16000 new balls but no longer offer a range membership. Now you pay £99 per year and you then get your balls half price!. I shall not be renewing as I would rather spend my money on some lessons rather than hit ball after ball incorrectly and just getting frustrated. Will hit maybe 50 a week if I am trying to work on something but that'll be it.

£4.20 for 100 balls at my local family run jobbie. Decent srixon range balls too. Decent mats too boot aswell. Only issue is the range is up hill, but its not that big of an issue.

yeah drving ranges can also be a curse as well as a usefull tool sometimes its just good to stop after 50 odd balls. i do two hours on saturday morning in the range but its a lesson so not the same i am corrected by the pro and have targets to work on. it's hard to do that when no1 can point things out to you

Two ranges near me one is £4 for 90 balls with a £20 loyalty card the other a bit further away is about £3.25 for 100 balls with a £20 loyalty card.

i have gone to a presumably 5 star range and practice facility and the bays are really nice the balls pretty good only problem is it feckin down hill so past 200 yards you can see the ball land at all

50 balls is 4.50, 90 balls is 5.50 and 130 balls is 6.50. I use this once a week. Most of my practice is in the indoor nets at my club, with a video camera.

£4.00 / 100 balls and £3.00 / 50 balls where I go.

Nice little range. Plenty of "greens" at the different markers to aim at, nice flat ground. Balls are getting worse for wear, but well run by nice people

These are the guys that re-gripped my irons and do all other kinds of adjustments. Handy to have so close by.

£4.50 for 108 balls as a member, membership is £10 a year! Saves you over a £1 per 50 balls.

The pro is also a very nice guy and lets you use some of the training tools for free if you are having lessons.

Blue Mountain is £3 for 50 which is more than enough for me. Mats aren't great though. Maidenhead Golf Centre is £4.50 for 85 decent Srixons and much better mats. Blue Mountain is five minutes away and Maidenhead twenty so swings and roundabouts. Tend to use BM in the week as I'm just trying to get the swing ticking over

De Ceres herons reach just changed their price from £3 for 50 to £4 for 50... 33% increase and we get...nothing extra! Rip off...tomorrow is the last time the lunch time crew will be attending!

Just back from mine £3 gets you 85 balls, automatic tees as well.Parc golf club in Newport, they just stuck some rugby posts at the 130 yard as well, good for trying to thread the driver over them.
