Well, now that the temperature discussion hijack is over (just joking, mates), I found a solution. I had an old Callaway driver with a 45" Aldila NVS 55R shaft. I had a Taylormade adapter installed and put it in my new M6 head. After some range time and one round it seems to be working well.
