Having spent a few hours yesterday rodding the drains to clear a blockage, I wondered if anyone had tried one of these :

Living on a farm with five septic tanks, I find them invaluable.

Used them at the pit head baths many moons ago. Worth there weight in gold when doing a “ crap “ job.

Ensure the hose is well down the blocked pipe before starting to jet!!! (Otherwise, stand well back)
