DIY saw advice please

Not sure if it was that one, or if it was one with more versatility but I borrowed one from a friend when I was decorating a room and had the skirting, etc all to do. Was so much easier than I could have imagined.
Unfortunately tools are more seductive than golf clubs, so I try to avoid going into tool shops unless I really really need something;)

I know the feeling........
Someone said to me once
I'd rather have a tool and not need it than need a tool and not have it.
I've currently got more mitre saws than I have wedges :D

But the “Ill need it one day...”doesn’t always wash;)

Don't have that make, but have a cheaper sliding mitre saw and it is brilliant for carpentry works, used it loads when knocking about/working on the house.

You can never have enough tools, go get that baby.(y)

I had the big DeWalt, a great saw does everything you'll ever need and easy to use. I attached mine to a portable work bench. Remember and fit something to catch the sawdust, or it blows every where. I attached an old pillowcase with the bottom cut off, sawdust dropped through it into a box on the floor, no mess.

I'll try that later as I might find something that needs cutting up.
Thanks
