Having just purchased some DI9s I tried out a new wilson driver today. The driver is longer than and straighter than my NIKE SQ.I'm keen to have the driver but need to fund it somehow. So do I keep the DI9s and try to sell my Deep red3 and nike sq or, keep the deep reds and sell the DI9s + nike sq To me the driver is more benificial than the DI9s.

What driver was it? Was it the new smooth or Spine?

Keep the Di9 and their crap lofts (I use to have Di7 until I got fed up of the lofts) and sell the other drivers. Plus the deep red driver is illegal these days.

I reckon whatever you do you should keep the irons.
Too much depreciation and they are very good i.m.o.

How much was the smooth mate? Harrington does have it in his bag.

Keep the irons, they will do a grand job for you. I only got rid of mine because of the lofts, they needed re gripping and fancied something new and shiny.

smooth is a 10.5 reg. Found it easy to hit. Long and straight.10-15 yards longer than my nike. Local shop has club at £199 but are dooing 10% off this month. The owner asked the Wilson rep if he could get hold of smooth driver and he did.I did try a spine driver earlier in the year but couldnt get on with it
