Damaged wood?

Please can anyone advise me on how damaged they think this fairway club is from the attached image?

There appears to be small chip inside the hosel on the edge of the hole where the bolt would pass through. It is less that 50% of the depth of the hole and the tip of the shaft adaptor does not touch that surface.

Is that a Titleist or Callaway club .

It looks like one of the castellations has broken off.

Depending on the age of the club I would contact the maker to see if I can get a replacement.

It's a Titleist. The castellations are fine, it's just that chip at the edge of the bolt hole.

It’s not something I would worry about.
