Do you get relief if ball is on it or if it is on putting line? Talking about servere depressions caused by treatment killing 'Silver moss'.
If no relief how best to address putting problem?

I suggest something like the following. The second line is optional but I would recommend including it.


The"Yellowed parts (or more appropriate description) of the (specify which or any) putting green are ground under repair. The player may take relief under Rule 16.1d.

[But interference does not exist if the area only interferes with the player's stance.]"
