Custom fit Ping i20's

Hi,

I'm new to this, hope someone can help. I bought some custom fit Pings on Saturday, anyone any idea on how long I'll have to wait for them to be delivered?

I fly to the US next week, and would love to be able to take them with me.

Anyone had any recent experience?

Why not call and ask your fitter? Normally a week to ten days would be my guess but have heard of folks getting them quicker.

i have ping i20's 5 to u wedge. yesterday i put in a order for a 4 iron (custom spec) the belfry said ping have sent them a memo to advise all customers that they will have to wait til mid july due to popular demand. i had to agree to these term before they accepted my order

I rang AG yesterday to see, but they couldn't tell me till everything was put through the system.
I'm not going to hassle anyone, they'll be here when they're here but would be nice to hear if they can turnaround in a week!!!

I had to wait about 5 working days for mine.

Straight from the off, I was smashing em like I've had them for years. These clubs for me are just phenomenal. The little time I've had them, they have won me a fair few quid

5 working days would mean I get them before I go, but I'm not going to get my hopes up.
How long ago did you order? Were you close to standard?

They were brilliant off the mats gettting fitted, hopefully they perform like they have for you!

My only change was to yellow dot. Standard grip and shaft. Did try a stiff shaft but just didnt feel great.

Got fitted on the 10th and the clubs arrived on the 17th. Suppose thats why it was so quick, only needed the one thing changing.
I just cannot praise these clubs enough. Only downside is, I have to re-adjust my distances for each club. The ball just flies off the face of the i20's.

delivery time seems to tend a bit more on the retailer you order through rather than Ping for some strange reason, there have been quite a few get them inside a week and also instances of many many weeks similar to the 4 iron request above.
Hope they arrive in time for yout trip have a good one

AG can call their supplier for an eta, can't see what the issue is with "putting through orders". Etc

I asked about my Mizuno's Before paying, they called mizuno there and then for eta, crazy idea but you could call them yourself, you ARE the customer.

I know, I called Ping but I didn't have ping order number, so AG are chasing up for me.
I'm not crazy bothered, but i'd be pretty annoyed if they turn up ready 1 day after I fly

From what I can gather AG are pretty good with getting half decent times, so I'll just wait and see.

I'm only moving to blue dot, stock shafts, so they're hardly going to be a difficult custom fit for them.
