Sorry but this is about a rival mag, shusssssh! but its TG. It's a complaint though so it should be ok. I like many enter the comps in the mags hoping one day to win something nice and shiny. I went onto the rivals comp page to check on recent winners and what was I greeted with December 2009, yep 4 month out of date. That is scandalous IMO surely it isn't hard to post the names of the winners when the comps have closed.

I agree but if you have a look around the website especially their forum it is funny old place. The forum is dead but yet they do have some decent pieces on tuition etc. How can one organisation produce a half decent mag in Golf World and the Daily Sport of golf that's TG

I have a subscription to GM and often buy GW. I only read TG if one of my mates gives me their copy as it only takes me one train journey (45 minutes) to read all of it that is worth reading.

The other 2 take 3 or 4 journeys. Much better value and better quality publications IMHO.

I also get Golf International which has some decent stuff in it. Will be getting it free now as HID is working at Sand Martins alongside Andrew Hall one of their top coaches.

At Millbrook we often have a stack of the free golf newspapers in the clubhouse and they often have some good articles.
