Lots of empty seats - mainly from the City allocation it appears and it’s a friendly that’s all

Not surprising when “The Centurions” struggle to fill their council house week to week.
 
Well am back and it was a good hot day out. Saw what I wanted to see with a couple of the young fringe players looking like they could hold there own. Diaz looks a fantastic player. Thought that Chelsea would offer a bit more. But hey ho it was only a friendly. A friendly that Tashyboy ended up having a blazing row about.
game kicks off and about a dozen lads stand up in front of us. Row in front of me is a 10 year old girl who can only see the back of a guys black t shirt. I gave him a few choice words as did a few other guys but the young drunken idiots didn't give a monkeys. Not the first time young drunken City fans think they are the big I am with there own fans. One thought he was the Daddy, until young lad Tash pointed at him and told him to shut up or go to for a walk into the men's toilets were we can sort this out. A good day out spoiled by drunken idiots.

Kelly, you sound like one of those drunken clowns that thinks it's ok to stand up in front of a 10 yr old girl for two hours. For your info the girl and her parents disappeared at half time and went and sat somewhere else. So yes am proud that he stood up to a drunken plank that thinks stuff everyone else.

Well, I do prefer to stand at football matches but I wouldn't stand in front of someone if it blocked their view.

I'm not sure how not thinking that threatening someone in this scenario equates to being like a drunken clown. A weird stretch of logic even for you.
 
Fish. What were your thoughts on Chelsea yesterday. Enjoyed the game re young uns but had a quick watch on MOTD last night and they were not very kind on Chelsea. Especially Luis. Said its a big week re Courtois Hazard and Willian.

I got back from golf and a few pints in blazing heat, ate a big Sunday dinner and managed to keep my eyes open for around 20 minutes, after that, it's all a blank :smirk:

What's the point of analyzing the players in that game as a few won't be PL starters and some won't even make the bench as players are still away or only just back from their World Cup break!

Luis is marmite anyway, in the back 3 or 4 I cringe, when he's a little more forward in the midfield I can live with him, but were blessed with midfielders of all abilities currently along with good wing backs and wing forwards, so where do I see Luis, hopefully on a plane off to sunnier climates, and he needs to get Bakayoko to carry his luggage and join him, as that's all he's good for :D
