So what are we saying then? Twice a year?

i bathe twice a year, if i need it or not !!

hid tends to clean them after most rounds (heads) and does them top and bottom once a month. On the course i just use spit, a wipe with the towel and use a tee if there is still debris in there. Go gimmicks.

Spit and a towel / rub on trouser leg (requires less effort). Top tip - have a swig of full fat coke first, makes the spit go further. Tip 2 - don't do it during or after a Mars or similar chocolate bar as it can clog the grooves!
