I purchased a Strathisla (12 year old) recently, not opened it yet - any recommendations?

Add some more peat to it so it tastes like a proper malt whisky

Skipped the 'no peev will go over my lips today' and had half a dozen Edelstoff's. A fantastic beer but I best stop my trips to the garage or I'll be rough for the big feed.

I never had one to start with so I'll happily stick with it. Or maybe I'll try the Talisker Storm that Santa delivered.

I'm a lightweight but enjoyed a small glass of Moet with dinner which my delightful nephew brought with him. He's not a lightweight however and a few cans of beer, a large glass of bubbles, a few large glasses of red and a full bottle of Port were consumed and I swear he seemed no different after it than when he arrived!
