Cheese and Biscuits

Like all cheeses from cheddar, blues, Brie and even Wensleydale with cranberry.

Great with huge pickles and home made chutney (deep garlic and tomato my fave).

Much prefer C&B to puddings.

Irish Coffee to finish.

Mature Red Leicester from morrisons, black bomber cheese and some Brie with good old fashioned Jacobs cream cracker. A good quality red onion chutney, with a nice bottle of port.

Followed by a nice malt and a big fat cigar........

Nice mature cheddar and water biscuits. What happened to the well baked water biscuits? They used to be a nice tanned colour. These days they look more the colour of TheRod when he comes off Hayling.
