I've always heard rumours of Chart Hills being for sale, along with the rumour that as they can't build a hotel there the owners don't see long term value in the venue.

This is first time I've seen news published on the subject.

There was quite a bit of talk some time back that we should sell our course for development and buy Chart Hills but it is just a bit too far away
