As many of you may be aware there is GM Forum team entered into the Macmillan Longest Day Challenge. It comprises of myself, Hywel Lloyd (aka HTL), Steve Knight (stevo) and Danny Phillips (minty18). We are playing on June 19th at Downshire Golf Course in Wokingham (starting at 4.45am) and it will be a tough but fun day.

I have had personal experience of the great work Macmillan do and they really helped my dad in his last few months and perhaps more importantly gave my mum that extra care (and the odd day off from looking after my dad) that she really needed.

Homer, congrats on doing such a great deed for a wonderful cause. I've never experienced directly what Macmillan actually do (i hope and pray i never do) but i've heard nothing but praise for them.
