Rate Merc's but wouldn't mind the same type of diesel Jag Jezzer drove up to Blackpool... looks like the fuel frugality was brilliant on it.

That was unbelievable. OK, the jag had a big (18 gallon) tank but the distance it went was quite something.

I usually put 55 to 60ltrs in my picasso, which can get me over 600 miles, but that Jag would have done a thousand miles on that tank & jezzer wasn't hanging around.. infact he was taking the mick, trying to run out of fuel putting on the air con on full blast & more.

btw I always have my aircon on in the citroen as the big screen mists up if I don't.

I absolutely adore jags, they really float my boat, but to put a DIESEL in one, thats blasphemy!

blasphemy maybe, but my bank account is not flush enough to fill up a petrol version as often as that'd need to.
