I think that is the brand.. had never heard of it before that.. costs between 5-25K.. I wonder what it can do that my Samsung can’t do ..

(Obviously, I am not the target market)
Hold a lot more.
Also have a lot better construction and materials.
It's like comparing Bentley with Dacia.

It holds the trays being delivered by the caterer. Cooking is a secondary consideration in some high end kitchens.

If you accidently drop something into a ceramic sink, it WILL smash. Also, they suck up the heat from the water, don't they?
I'm chief dishwasher and the temperature of the water isn't impacted to the point where it affects dish washing. It might knock it off a degree or two, might, but not to any great level.

Your first point is accurate mind, you just have to be a little more careful.

As the dish washer in our house I have a cheap red plastic bowl inside the sink that I use for washing. Much less water than filling a whole sink, and space for rinsing.
