I visited a course this week that’s renowned for have an “ older membership “ and I was surprised to see that in their pro shop next to the traditional flap jacks was a full range of cbd products including gummies. Being someone that struggles with all sort of pain in the knee due to existing injuries, I was very tempted to try them but can’t help but this it’s just a well marketed jelly baby.

So… Has anyone tried them? Do they work?

However if you are taking any prescribed medication make sure you discuss it with your GP or pharmacist first.
CBD can have a significant interaction with many medicines.

Speak with your Doctor. I know it is not legal in the UK. But I have a pretty serious bone disease and a little marijuana gummy is far better than having to pile in pharmaceutical narcotics.

I used them when I was suffering badly from sciatica, it didnt take the pain away completely but allowed me onto the golf course when otherwise I couldnt have, co-codomol, ibuprofen etc didnt even touch the surface. I used Vitality CBD oil and gummies (alternated, didnt use both at the same time).

I know someone who takes a drop of oil at night and swears by it sleep wise, have thought about it myself. Tried the gummies years ago but never done anything, don’t think they were any great strength though

Tried them a while back for sleep and aches, felt a bit more relaxed but nothing life-changing. Took a week or so to notice anything, and results varied day to day.
