Just wondering what method of transport people use most often for their clubs during a round? I presume no one has their own personal caddy so I left that out of the poll!

I tend to use my electric trolley for competitive rounds where I pack extras like waterproofs and maybe a spare towel etc and carry if I'm nipping out for a quick nine holes or a bit of practice.

Try and carry wherever possible for the excercise, but if it's raining will use the powercaddy so I can load up on waterproof's, brolly extra gloves, towels etc, etc.
If I'm playing 36 holes, will carry in the morning and use the powercaddy in the afternoon.

Bit of everything really. I have the big bag and a soft pencil bag in my locker. Like Parmo the wife gets the powakaddy if we play together and I just stick a half set in the carry bag. Same if just going for a few holes. Tend to use the electric trolley in comps if it's available, if not I put the big bag on a pull trolley.

Being unfit i decided to carry my bag all season and although i felt tired after 14holes the last few weeks i've completed 18 feeling fresher than i ever did all season.

I'm considering buying a leccy trolley and i would only use it in comps.

I must admit when I see perfectly fit and healthy men and women using electric trollies I just think it's plain lazy.
I have never used a trolly and never been tired out from carrying my bag even after a days work with a 2 litre bottle of water and other stuff inside. You even see juniors with electric trollies nowadays, I tought they were just for seniors

I used to have a powerkaddy but its was just too cumbersum
so I bought a Click push trolly. way better than pulling
folds away really well and is built to last.......anyone would think i work for them .....which i dont by the way

I have back and shoulder issues from years of playing rugby so it is the electric trolley for me. Used to use a push trolley but had bought a GoKart for my wife, she stopped playing and it seemed a shame to waste it.

I use a pull trolley at the moment but im gonna change to an electric soon.....
Im only 34 but im recovering fron an achilles rupture that happened 6 months ago and im still under a bit of pressure with the leg......So anything that helps me ill welcome....

Carry, always.

I find it depressing when I see young guys trailing behind an electric trolley - with a decent double-strap, carrying your bag for a few hours is no real hardship.

This is where you are wrong my friend. There is nothing in using an electric trolley that makes anyone lazy, for a start carrying adds extra pressure to the back, it wastes energy that is better used playing the game over the last few holes.

Jr.'s use them because they don't want to develope back problems in later life. I think its just either ignorance or jealousy to think alone the lines of the quote.
