I have a pk and currently use it a bit over the summer, but over recent weeks I have just carried my clubs and have noticed how.much more I like to carry and my form has coincidentally become better. So my question is, should I just sell the pk as really it is just taking up space, it is also impracticalaa I only have a wee clio so clubs have to go on back seat, wife won't lend me the family car for golf lol.
Cheers

If you prefer carrying and the powakaddy is taking up space then yes sell it. Just make sure you wont want it back when you cant be bothered carrying ;)

with my experience of powerkaddies you'll end up carrying anyway - never used one that didn't fall apart

And with my experience you will never carry again - never had a powakaddy that has broken ;)

My shed is like a home for various bits of golfing equipment. In there is a few bags, a few trolleys and endless clubs (as I'm sure anyone can imagine! :o :D :D)

My favourite method of transport is a powered trolley and somewhat opposite to you, most of my best rounds have been played with this. I don't get tired, I have full 14 clubs, spare balls/gloves/accessories; overall it's been a revelation.

Power trolleys are a pain, space, remembering to charge up the battery, etc. so I know how you feel.

Only you can decide if you've finally come to the decision not to use it anymore. I take mine (sometimes) in a Ford Puma (clubs on back seat, trolley in front) so a small car shouldn't stop you enjoying it if you feel "in the mood".

It's an age-old question that crops up here a lot. If you like to carry and for some reason feel a benefit, just do it. I'm not that keen on carrying, not because I'm a weedy bloke (14.5 stone 6' immovable object!) but I carry 3 litres of water and snacks and all sorts, so it just saves my back.

My old electric trolley and 3 pull trolleys were heaved into the skip 5 weeks ago in an effort to get fitter by carrying, it's also a joy to walk unaided through rough, over greens and other places the trolley convoys can't go...... :D
However, in rain or heavy going days the electric caddies are excellent so I wish I had one to hand for days like that, might have to look at a cheap second hand powakaddy for the days I want to carry tons of stuff.
