Lately there have been to many derogatory posts, digs at other members, pointless posts. It was posted recently by MikeH with regards rules, etiquette, language etc. Yet still we all continue to goad others, post drivel and basically drag the forum into the gutter.

The majority of us are adults so lets behave as such. Don't get into slanging matches, post personal vendetta's and so forth.

Golf is the winner here and having been on several forum meets the majority are not too bad ( one or 2 excepted ;) )

Roll on the spring cos 15 handicap is beckoning.... yeah right :p

New years resolution then GIBBO for the all the forum from the sounds of it. NO personal attacks, but lets keep the good hearted banter. I always enjoy it when someone has a light hearted dig at me, just makes you feel loved and thought of....:whoo:

15 handicap GIBBO?????????????????? surely you are aiming lower than that. With all these clubs you've been buying from Ebay you should have found the perfect ones by now............:thup:

it has been a bit tetchy, but also most of it is just nonsense, no harm done if it's kept sensible.

If you outlaw pointless posts 75% of the posts on the forum would be deleted. There is only so many 'which shaft for a 15 handicapper' you can take :D

more importantly I've just had a gibbo moment on ebay !!:thup:

I find that hard to believe rod that 75% of posts on here are pointless, I did not realise that James posted that often.........:whistle:
 
its all well and good having pointless or repeated posts, thats the nature of the beast. Your all ugly enough and daft enough to know the difference so in the words of Nike (who make damn fine clubs btw) Just do it!

Oh no GIBBO have you been drinking? I get the feeling you are trying to justify the Nike clubs you sat watching on Ebay.....:eek:
 
Adey, in all seriousness, I am just sick of the recent snipes, posting for posting sake and general ill feeling on the forum. Its crap and the mods are stepping in too many times when really none of it is needed if we all just had a think and posted sensibly.

I had Nike btw and they looked the danglies with the VR tour bag... why did I sell them :(

I know what you mean mate. There has been some really bad attacks on some people.

But hey it is Xmas and I am sure people do not hold a grudge on here.

Just looking forward to a new year and some good forum meets. Hope to play the Old Farts again, that sure had some good banter going on before, during and after
