I am going to hold out for Asda etc and get it monday night midnight but anyone that cant be assed standing q-ing etc then at the minute this is the best deal around.

I can see a time, not too long in the future, when it will be the "in thing" to have a USB/firewire/whatever socket linked to your brain so you can plug yourself directly into a virtual reality game/TV show/golf game/education/etc and totally opt out of the real world. It's bound to be government sponsered :D

With a bit of luck, I'll be dead by then. Fortunately, my children also have better things to do with their lives.

Hang on a minute though. I do spend quite a lot of time chasing a white ball around a field, a black ball around a squash court and sharing my thoughts with a lot of virtual reprobates.

You have to log in on Tesco entertainment and then enter the code and it comes out at £30
 
Looking forward to this, been playing COD since the orignal on the PC then 2 onwards on my Xbox. This has alot to live up to though as he single player has always been short whilst the muliplayer has been bettered by Battlefield Bad Company

Do you mean infinity ward? Hopefully treyarchs take on modern warfare will be as good if not better than theirs. If it isn't then the series has probably peaked as infinity ward have parted company with activision, with a court case pending and all future call of duty's will be split between treyarch and a new studio that activision have set up. Hopefully infinity ward stay together and come up with a cracking new franchise.

World at War is a more balanced game in multiplayer than MW2 imo.

I'm sick to death of One Man Army, Commando Pro, Noob Tubing eejits!

Treyarch have made some positive moves already (removing tactical insertion from Free For All to stop cheating, Kill streaks won't stack anymore for example).

I just wish they would do dedicated servers joining a game with an american host is a nightmare.

The PC version of Black Ops will have dedicated servers and a better system for finding servers. In MW2 I always end up being the host. I have ordered my copy from steam already, otherwise I'd use this offer.
 
I completed the single player in about 8 hours max, the story is very gripping working out what is happening to mason. And you get another zombie level when you complete the game. :)
