Has anyone got any recommendations for Cabretta gloves? I can get some Wilson staff ones off ebay for about £18 for 3 - but wondered if any one knew of any alternatives for this sort of price?

I use the Srixon ones. They used to be £18 for 3 but the best price tends to be around £19-£20 when I look now.

Another vote for the Srixon and bought 2 pairs today from Ebay at £5.99 each. By far the best glove I've tried.

Same for me, the Srixon, great value and they last me up to 3 times longer than the Mizuno leather gloves I used to use.
Top tip though, put them in a zip lock bag directly after use.

In the end I managed to pick up some ladies full cabretta leather gloves from sports direct.com for £3.50 each!
I got them in M/L size and they fit fine. I am a "small" in mens gloves though. £3.50 for full cabretta gloves can't be too bad - 5 gloves for £17

Worth a try for the money (£3 / glove and £1 p&p for however many).
N.B. - go for the 100% leather, I was not so keen on the synthetic backed ones.
As per forum norm, I have to say I've no connection just think they're great gloves and a bargin!)

That's some price. Out of interest how long do they normally last. Are they as durable as other leather gloves. Thinking of some for the practice bag

Seem to. If anything the velcro is the weak line and not quite as positive as when new after 5 / 6 rounds but for less than the price of a pint that gloves goes for practice etc and a new one comes out.
i did a review here a while ago.
Seems some had issue with the novelty gloves but these are only leather palm / synthetic back, I've had no such issue with the 100% leather ones and have been playing them for several years.
