Following on from Phils thred, what future sporting events would you love to attend given the chance?
For me the Masters would be up there, a full weekend package at the Monaco grand prix, and I'd love to do a massive foreign derby match, Galatasary v Fenerbahce, or River Plate v Boca for instance

Hardly bucket list, as it's easily achievable, but I'm really looking forward to seeing England play cricket again at Lords or Trent Bridge.
Sad, as a lifelong football fan, but the idea of going back to any football stadium leaves me cold.

Definitely the inaugural 'undred final for me :)

In all seriousness not too fussed with events anympre but theres a few cricket grounds and golf courses Id like to go to at some point

Well this one's a struggle. Call me a lucky so and so, but I've probably ticked off all the ones that I'd really want to do sports-wise.

I'd be more interested in seeing favourite artists in iconic venues.

A pleasant round at the masters followed by the Eagles in the clubhouse over the evening meal would be nice.

Boxing Day Test at the MCG
Another for a Lions tour to New Zealand. The camararderie between the Lions fans and the enjoyment levels all round look pretty special.

Used to fancy watching the Men‘s Downhill at Kitzbuhel. Don’t much watch skiing these days but from the Franz Klammer days the thought still springs to mind. The two Ks may not be the best course or skier but for me they are iconic.

On a school trip years ago we visited the ski jump there. It was summer so no snow obviously but it was terrifying enough just standing at the bottom of it looking up. And if you look down the hill where the jumpers will be looking, the first building at the bottom is a church with a large graveyard...:oops:

Stanley Cup playoff game at Amalie Arena in Tampa.

Years back two of my mates were having a "who could outdo each other contest". One lad goes to the F.A.Cup final and phones the other one to gloat. He could hardly hear a thing down the phone. "Yeah I'm at the Monaco Grand Prix" was the reply. Game over.

To be honest I've never been a great lover of attending live sports.
Yes, you get the atmosphere, but all too often you don't get to see all the action
Done a (wet) Ryder Cup, seen the mighty Chairboys at Wembley.....I'm good....
My chair, in a warm room, refreshments and no queue for the loo..that'll do
