Can someone who's tech savvy explain why-
Re BT sport service through a BT Youview box wired to router via ethernet cable, Youview box linked to tv with HDMI cable, the tv picture is breaking up this evening for Sevilla Leicester to point of being unwatchable. Usually feeds live football ok.
At the very same time I can log into BT sport online via wireless connection to my laptop and it runs a perfect picture feed on screen.
Exact same internet service of ca.9-13mb/s or so.
Confused - is it
Frustrating.

Confused - is it
- the BT Youview box that degrades the internet feed or
- the size of the tv (49" 4k) that requires a quicker download speed than the laptop or
- something else?
Frustrating.
