Bondhay

Lots of bunkers.
If you hit it slightly off the fairway and you're not behind a tree, someone nips out & plants one.

It's a beautiful course, I'm hoping to join somewhere next year, and its a toss up between bondhay & one other.

The koi carp in the pond on the 11th are cracking.

Enjoy.

have to agree, only played it once & the one thing I do remember is loads of bunkers, some of them almost the length of the fairway...a nice course though & well worth a visit

i'm a member there, and its tough, key is to try and make sure you are in play, i rarely use a driver apart from par 5's and one or two of the par 4's. once you are in the trees, your buggered!!!! :)

just been the range and hit about 50 3irons ,thanks for the tip off ,i will report back how i get on

well what can i say ! i played crap! terrible , my driver was well off and i was permanently in the trees ! or bunkers which i didn't think were very good infat 1 i went in had some bricks just belw the sand.......if im honest and a few others were of the same opinion we wasnt that impressed but my judgement may be clouded due to playing rubbish!
p.s i hate trees!

mate just text me! i left straight after as i had to go to a wedding , 2 walked off at the 12th and every1 else moaned and didnt enjoy it!! so atleast it wasnt just me!!!

interesting!
i appreciate its a long shot that you'll even see this message, but i would be interested in your comparisons to other courses, to me i've always enjoyed every bit of bondhay, including the bunkers! even the drive up to the clubhouse i find impressive - am i just easily impressed!
must have compared poorly for people to walk off !
