Bluetooth dongles

If I plug my bluetooth headphones into an airline entertainment system using the 3.5mm jack, the noise cancellation (understandably) doesn't work.
So I'd like to get a bluetooth dongle to get around that issue.

BUT... I keep seeing comments about lag, sometimes as much as 1/4 sec.
Trying to watch a movie with the sound out of sync would drive me nuts.
Can anyone recommend a dongle that has no or negligible lag?

OK, seems nobody had any recommendations, so I decided to get one from Amazon to try it out, knowing I could return it if it didn't work.
Seems to work fine, and there's no discernible lag (plugging it into the TV as a test).

I haven’t got a clue what you are on about so it counts me out for any recommendations
